About

As part of annual sustainability reporting required by EU law, GANNI sought to go beyond compliance by creating a digital format that could be shared with a broader audience. Their goal was to reflect their commitment to transparency and responsible fashion while making the report accessible and engaging for everyone.

The challenge was to reimagine dense, text-heavy content into a dynamic and interactive experience that aligned with GANNI’s brand identity. This goal was to inspire exploration and resonate with audiences, turning sustainability data into a tool for storytelling and engagement.

Process

The process began with translating GANNI’s established brand guidelines into an editorial-style layout, ensuring the report felt cohesive with their existing identity. Prototyping in Figma allowed close collaboration with GANNI’s sustainability team, streamlining feedback and aligning on how best to present key insights.

Moving into development, Readymag was chosen as the platform for its flexibility in combining editorial and interactive elements. To elevate the experience, custom code was integrated, enabling advanced animations and unique interactions. Features such as drag-and-drop modules, scroll-triggered animations, and dynamic infographics were crafted to make the content engaging and intuitive. Each element was designed to guide users through GANNI’s sustainability progress while emphasizing the brand’s commitment to transparency and innovation.
